1. Definitions
1.1 The term 'Promotion Period' means the period commencing 9am on Monday 26th July until 5pm on Sunday 15th August 2010.
1.2 The term 'New Subscriber' means any person who has has never previously subscribed to the Australia Fair Shopping Centre website. Each New Subscriber is required to provide first and last name, mobile phone, email address, postcode, age, gender and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion. An email address cannot be entered as a new subscriber more than once.
1.3 The 'Promoter' is Yu Feng Pty Ltd ACN 056 974 844 as trustee and Yuan Chieh Pty Ltd ACN 067 120 370 of; C/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Australia Fair Shopping Centre, Marine Parade, Southport, QLD, 4215.
1.4 The 'Prize' refers to the prize(s) described in clause 3 to be awarded by the Promoter in conjunction with the Promotion.
1.5 The 'Promotion' refers to 'Be inspired by... The A Room by Adrenalin!'.
2. Details of the Promotion
2.1 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By subscribing as a new subscriber on the Australia Fair website you accept these terms and conditions.
2.2 The Promotion is open to all Queensland residents who are 18-years and over.
2.3 To enter the promotion, the entrant must subscribe to the Australia Fair website as a New Subscriber, by logging onto www.australiafair.com.au. The entrant cannot register using an email address more than once.
3. The Prize
3.1 The prize refers to a $500 gift voucher from The A Room by Adrenalin.
3.2 The Prize is non transferrable for cash.
4. Prohitbited Behaviour
4.1 New Subscribers are not eligible to enter this Promotion if they are immediate family members of employees of Australia Fair Shopping Centre retailers, Centre Management employees and contractors. Employees of Australia Fair Shopping Centre retailers, Centre Management employees and contractors are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
5. Promoter's Rights
5.1 By accepting the prize, the New Subscriber who receives the prize agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of the Promoter in relation to this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publicise the New Subscriber who receives the prize including their name, suburb and photograph through newsletters, print and electronic media and broadcasts.
5.2 The Promoter will not be responsible for delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communication.
5.3 To the extent permissible by law, New Subscribers release the Promoter from any causes of action, loss, liability, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred, as a result of participation in this Promotion.
5.4 The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.5 The Promoter may in absolute discretion change, amend or vary these Terms and Conditions.
6. Privacy Notice
6.1 During the course of entering the Promotion, the Promoter will collect personal information in relation to the New Subscriber.
6.2 By entering the Promotion, New Subscribers consent to the information obtained being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or any other compensation to the New Subscriber.
6.3 In the case of the New Subscriber who wins the prize, the information may include photographs as well.
6.4 All information collected by the Promoter from the subsription forms will be stored on a database in the office of the Promoter. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. Upon the individuals' request, all information provided will be removed from the Promoter's active database. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible. |
