Customer Service Desk

Our friendly Customer Service Centre Desk is located near Kmart on Level 1. Whether you need directional assistance, require mobility equipment, or would like help to book a taxi, our staff are at hand to assist your every visit!

The Customer Service desk operates the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 4.30pm
Sunday:  9.30am – 3.30pm

Motorised Scooter and Wheelchair Hire

We have the following available for the convenience of our customers to hire FREE of charge, from the Customer Service Desk:

  • Motorised Scooters
  • Wheelchairs

Adult Change Facility

Australia Fair now offers a ‘Changing Places’ adult change facility to meet the needs of people with severe and profound disabilities. The adult change facility is a locked facility which can be accessed via a MLAK Key.

The adult changing facility is in the amenities on Level 1 between Hello World and Doctors at Australia Fair.

This facility includes:

  • Adult-sized change table
  • Ceiling hoist (up to 200kg weight limit, own sling required)
  • Continence disposal bins
  • Large basin, giving additional access for washing

Visiting with Children

Parents with Pram Parking
The majority of car park entrances at Australia Fair have pram parking available. Just park and stroll right in.

Parents’ Rooms
For your convenience, we have two Parents’ Rooms situated throughout the centre next to Helloworld Travel (Level One) and Mr Minit (Ground Level). All rooms are fully equipped with microwaves, child and adult toilets, nappy changing areas, televisions, play equipment and lounges.

Breastfeeding Mums
Australia Fair welcomes breastfeeding. Feel free to breastfeed your little one anytime, anywhere in the shopping centre.

‍Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

EV Charging Stations
‍Australia Fair now has an electronic vehicle (EV) charging station installed on Level 4 North Carpark. Managed by Elanga, there are two, double-sided public high-speed EV chargers so four EVs can be charged at one time.
