Customer Service Desk

Our friendly Customer Service Centre Desk is located near Kmart on Level 1. Whether you need directional assistance, require mobility equipment, or would like help to book a taxi, our staff are at hand to assist your every visit!

The Customer Service desk operates the following hours:

Monday – Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Sunday 10am – 4pm

Free Wi-Fi

To access our free Wi-Fi service please follow these simple instructions:

1. Connect to the Wi-Fi network “Australia Fair Free Wi-Fi”
2. Wait for login page to load and select the “I AGREE” button
If the login page does not load, open your web browser and go to a website. You will be redirected to the login page. 
3. You are now connected.

The following retailers also offer free WI-FI for customers:

  • Zarraffas Coffee (on purchase of a tall drink)

Motorised Scooter, Wheelchair and Stroller Hire

We have the following available for the convenience of our customers to hire FREE of charge, from the Customer Service Desk:

  • Wheelchairs
  • Strollers

Parents Room

For your convenience, we have two Parents Rooms situated throughout the centre. All rooms are fully equipped with microwaves, lounges and change tables. The Medibank Private (Level One) and Mr Minit (Ground Level) rooms also have junior toilets and play areas.

Community Notice Board

If you have a Community Notice you would like to be displayed on our Community Notice Board, cards are available from the Customer Service Staff. These will then be displayed for a period of up to two weeks. Please note that Centre Management reserves the right to refuse the display of notices at their discretion.
