U3A Southport welcomes all Over 50’s, Retirees and Seniors to join us, meet new friends and enjoy your active retirement.  By pursuing your passions and finding new interests, you can improve your mental and physical health and quality of life. You can keep your brain stimulated, improve your fitness and increase social activity!  U3A requires no prior learning and there are no exams or formal recognition. It is learning for the sheer joy of learning!  You can participate in whatever takes your interest.  We have over 60 activities to enjoy including music, art, cards and games, discussion groups, technology, languages, fitness and dancing.
