We have teamed up with foodie favourite Carmel Carmichael, who’ll be serving up tasty samples from our Flavours of the Fair promotional cart and showcasing some of the amazing food retailers throughout the centre.

Come along, discover a new favourite and enjoy a little taste of what Australia Fair has to offer!
